The 4 acre area closest to Rancho Vista Road includes a swimming pool, two tennis courts, barbeques, picnic tables, deck area, dock for fishing, and a play area with swings and a slide.
The clubhouse can be reserved for family events. The two acre area betweenLa Primavera and Santa Suzanne is called Haliday Park. There is a large lawn area, basketball court,and a children’s play area with a climbing structure and two slides.
The “lake” in Lake Village is over thirteen acres starting at the clubhouse and wrapping around to land owned by the Metropolitan Water District. The original natural water way was dug out by bull dozers and lined to hold water. It varies in depth and is a mix of fresh water and storm drain runoff. No swimming or wading is allowed. Sailing, rowing, electric motor, and paddle boats are allowed.
Fishing is catch and release using no live bait. There are blue gill, bass, and catfish. Members can enjoy a picnic on the deck at the clubhouse and fishing off the dock.

Sixty-one homes border the lake with a footbridge between Mira Loma and La Primavera. Pedestrian/equestrian easements run along both sides of the lake and paths by Haliday Park. Members are welcome to use the easements during daytime hours. Taking a walk will give you an opportunity to feed the many ducks, geese, egrets, and other water fowl at the lake.
We are a non-profit corporation governed by By-Laws and Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions. There are also member, general, and recreational rules. Please make yourselves familiar with these rules.
Five members volunteer for a two year term on the Board of Directors to run the affairs of the association. Board meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month except December at 7pm in the clubhouse. All members are encouraged to attend. An annual members meeting and elections are held in May.
Lake Village is managed by Keystone Pacific Property Management. They facilitate all the Association’s business needs including clubhouse reservations. An access card is required to enter the common areas.
